The Contractor will perform the following work for the User: The Consultant will provide services in the leadership and creation of integrated project plans concerning action required to attain regulatory compliance with NERC Cyber Security Standards. TOTAL COST FOR SOLUTION not to exceed: $ 1 million
The date of commencement of work shall be ASAP, and the Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion i.e., of the entire scope of work not later than 1 year after commencement.
For or in connection with the performance of work by Contractor, User shall provide or otherwise make available to Contractor the following information, data, materials, equipment, supplies, services, facilities, and other property: a) a high-level task decomposition document entitled “Preparations for Compliance with NERC CIP-002 through CIP-009 Standards” prepared by the Client and included as Attachment A of this Contract Order; b) Prima Vera project modeling tool license(s); c) Energy Transmission Company subject matter experts. The Client will work directly with Contractor, and coordinate scheduling of other subject matter experts as may be necessary for the Contractor to be able to complete the work. Deliverables: Contractor will deliver a set of project plans and related information, including: a) precedence of projects and critical path(s) to completion b) estimation of personnel level of effort necessary to complete each task in each project c) estimation of running time duration for each task associated with each project d) a high-level personnel/resource utilization strategy recommendation e) identification of any tools needed to execute the tasks comprising each plan |
